I am looking for the parish record for this marriage to find out what Henry’s father was called.

Can anyone help with this?

I can't see any marriage in 1861 between Henry Shaw and Jane Ainley  :-\

There is a possible in 1857 in Huddersfield;  Henry Shaw and Jane Ainley are listed (with others) on page 404 (FreeBMD).

I can't see any parish record entries for this marriage - Ancestry (C of E and Non-Conformist) or FindMyPast.

You may have to purchase the certificate.

That is all I could find as well, will think about whether the cost is justified...

Thanks that was my feeling too, may have not be necessary as have found out a bit more!
