Hi,This is all the information I have so far.

Possible siblings
Frederick A Brown born J qtr. 1919

Both MMN Allen and born Shoreditch
Is he a relative of yours?
Louisa Maud
-
Yes cousin,I am researching the family tree. :)
-
Now, I have no idea if this is correct but it is the familiarity of names, location and date
21/09/1918 St Peter Hackney
Frederick Benjamin Brown aged 25 father Harry Brown
to
Ellen Margaret Allen aged 23 father Francis
witnesses look like Violet Jeffries and ? Sullivan
As I said it is the familiarity of names Frederick and Harry, you take your choice ???

You are spot on louisa, this is the family.

up to 1939 on ER'S I find Frederick Benjamin and Ellen (Margaret on only 2)
as follows
1933 and 1935 at 35 Archer Street Shoreditch
1936 to 1939 at 18 Smithson Street Haringay
If you can access 1939 on FindMyPast you might find siblings listed which will give you dates of birth although Harry and Frederick might have signed up during the war

Using this link https://search.findmypast.co.uk/search/british-newspapers
Then search 'Brown'
Narrow down search by selecting '1940'
One record appears in the hits for May, the other is June
