Hello all,
I have had help recently with my family history and am now stuck again. Maybe I cant see the trees for the forest lol. I have a family search printout for a Stanley Perry Chapman who was Registered in 1995 (1st qrt) in Liverpool Lancashire. I have the vol. number and page number but keep getting asked for a registration number.............. where can I find this as I want to buy a death cert. I am applying through GRO. All help as always much appreciated.

Thank you for that. So the reg. number is 23 (just to make sure). I have just been back into my earlier requests and note that carole I think gave me the same number, should have checked there first. Thank you for your time, much appreciated.

Your screen should look like this snip if you are ordering with the GRO reference

you only need to enter Liverpool 0251C for the district name and number and entry number 23

Thank you for your reply, much appreciated. If I could use this place to also thank the others who answered my query (that had already been answered ). I have now successfully ordered online a copy of the death cert. I have been wanting to do. Thank you lots all of you.
