Title: Vic Oliver 1952
Post by: mlmcholm on Tuesday 13 February 18 11:14 GMT (UK)
Hi. I've recently come across a newspaper article through GenesReunited, the headline being, 'Vic Oliver stars in television show'. It also lists the cast, one of which is my mum Eileen Rae. I know she toured with the production in 1952. So I was wondering if anyone could check if it gave any other information. I am very keen to know more about it, but don't know where to start. Any help would be fantastic. Many thanks

The article says
"Versatile Vic Oliver comes to Coventry Hippodrome next week with the original revue, "This is Show Business," based on the television hit show, which offers a variety of entertainment ranging from the circus to the ballet."

Thank you very much. The genes post was a bit misleading then.

Thanks Stan. Just thought she made it to the tv, but obviously it was a stage production.
