Title: German birth certificate

Hey I was wondering if anyone could translate the birth record I've uploaded.  Also at the bottom right it says something besides sta. for the death certificate.

The second link also if you could translate #695 I think it's Alfred Hoffman but not sure.

Yes, the second link is Alfred Hoffmann.

The first link is to small to read. Any chance of a higher resolution
