Title: Tidy up of photo please Hugh Young
Post by: ainslie on Wednesday 14 March 18 11:15 GMT (UK)
The attached is from a seaman's identity card but may show him in WW1 army uniform.  Hugh Young was born in 1892, and any tidying up would be a bonus.

I am always impressed with the results produced here and thanks to all for these .
In case you would like another challenge I shall be posting another, Hugh's brother, once I get it small enough to attach.
