Trying to find info on James Pooley who married Mercy Pratt in Salthouse Norfolk 18th Jan.1799.
I have not got names of James parents/siblings & can get no further back with my searches.
All I know James stayed in Salthouse with his family as he is on the 1841c H0107 776/7 living Cross St & described as 65-69.Mercy is named as Massa.I also know they had daughters Elizabeth,Mercy c.1803,Martha c.1809,Mary Ann 1812.There was also another daughter possibly called Sophia.
The only James Pooley I have come across for 1771 is baptised in Bradfield & I don't know if that is Norfolk.I also don't know what his occupation was.
Any help appreciated.
Thank you.

What is written in the occupation for 1841?
Also the death for him might give an occupation.
Is he born in County in 1841 or elsewhere.

There is one in 1772 that says Bradfield, Norfolk, England so that answers one question.

He is a 65 year old Ag Lab born in County, living Salthouse.
Burial does not give occupation but says he is 75
ADDED
POOLEY, JAMES age 74
GRO Reference: 1846 S Quarter in ERPINGHAM Volume 13 Page 74

That's great I think then that he may the one I found ch.Bradfield 8th March 1772.
If so then I think his parents were Francis & Elizabeth.
Because I didn't know if there was a Bradfield in Norfolk I just had it in pencil in my notes.
