Hi

I am trying to find the date of burial in 1966 of my brother aged 7 at the time. His name is Mervyn Anthony O'Garo and born in 1958. So far I have a plot number of 231 and my mother Vivian Viola O'Garo was buried in the same plot on 21 Oct 2016. If anyone can help or point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

You need to start by contacting Bereavement Services at the council

https://www.leeds.gov.uk/residents/births-deaths-and-marriages/death/bereavement-services/find-cemeteries-and-crematoria

As you have names and dates, one of which is very recent, they should be able to help without too much trouble.

His burial is registered under the surname GARO and was on 19 May 1966 in the Unconsecrated section U4, Grave No 231.

His burial is recorded in Register No. 4, Page 431
