Title: Parents of Charlotte SMYTHE of Beccles, SFK

I am looking for the parents of Charlotte SMYTHE. She is my "brickwall", and also my mitochondrial 3X great grandmother. SMYTHE is the spelling in the parish register when she married  William SMITH from Hedenham, NFK. The marriage took place in Topcroft.  They raise their family in Hedenham, but in all the census she says she is from Beccles, SFK. Her estimated date of birth is 1775.

FindMyPast has online parish records for Beccles, just having a quick search I see no Charlotte Smyth or Smith baptised there in or around 1775. Maybe she was brought up in Beccles and thought that is where she was born
