That was because I am unsure which county he may be from, the family history flicks between Herts and Essex.

Census and Resource Discussion / Death Certificates
« on: Saturday 27 July 13 13:25 BST (UK)  »
I was wondering whether anyone has membership to UK Archive, which supplies death certificates. If anyone would do me the favour, I was wondering if they could find the certifcates of Arther John Hersey (died August 11th 1924, aged 27) and Leslie Earnest Hersey (died October 22nd 1924, aged 21). The two were siblings, and my family are unaware to what caused their untimely passings. If anyone could help, it would be much appreciated.

Essex / Great, Great Grandfather

My Great-Grandad was abandoned as a toddler, and he never spoke about his father, not even by name. Unfortunately, he died without every knowing what became of him, even though I am sure part of him wanted to know.
I was therefore wondering whether anyone with access to the 1911 census could research for me. My family do not know that I am researching him, but I really would like to find out.
If anyone could help me I'd be much appreciated.

My Great-Grandad was called Ivan Frederick Hall, born 30th November 1915
His mother, and wife to my Great, Great Grandfather: Mabel Eleen Bard, born abt. 1893 in Essex

I realise this is a lot to ask, but I really would appreciate it! I will carry on digging in the mean time!
