Sorry - so did Peter emigrate?
Have you found any records other than that death?
Are his parents mentioned in the death record?

2
Is this his birth? - James and Nellie (Cullinan)

https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1918/01269/1526594.pdf

Are you now trying to find him in US?
As Carole says, have you got him in US censuses?

What exactly are you looking for?

Another tree matches David Phelps with Martha James.
This leaves William John and Anne Griffith as possible spouses.

Found the marriage - his father is James John and William is a collier. Does that fit?

4
Have you checked this possibility

Narberth  September quarter 1847 26 789
Where William John and Anne Griffith, Ann Griffiths are on the same page.

You would need to pair up the various spouses to check.

One tree shows John Butterfield and Ann Griffiths , for example

There are more baptisms - quite confusing - perhaps birth records will be more helpful

(From Latin)

1877 b January , baptised February
Martin McKew - son of Martin McKew and Margaret Cray - Godmother Anna Flaherty

1878 b 29th October 1878 baptised 8th December 1878
*has been transcribed as ‘Alix’ but is written as:
Felix Gulielmus Henricus - Felix William Henry McCue
Martin McCue and Margaret Gray - Godparents Patrick McCue and Susanna Elliot

The 1881 census for Martin's mother lists a grandchild, recorded as Felix McKoan, aged 2. Martin's brother was also Felix.

I initially assumed that this was Felix's child, but maybe not. Haven't found a baptism record, but GRO index gives

1878 D Qtr: MCHUGH, FELIX WILLIAM HENRY West Derby and Toxteth Park mmn CRAY

There is a burial.- Ford Cemetery 6th October 1880
Felix McHugh, 2 yrs  - residence 4 Gascoyne Street - there is a small ‘c’ before the ‘G’ so maybe 4c or 4 Court?

Maybe Martin and Margaret were together several years before their marriage.
There is an 1879 baptism for George McHugh son of Martin and Margaret Craigh
