Essex Lookup Requests / Re: John Gowers in Stebbing

Hi Norm
what years are you looking for? The reason i ask is that the fiches are original copies of the registers so not indexed at all.

I have all the Fiches for Baptisms Marriages and Burials for stebbing Essex as quite a few of my Ancestors came from there. I will be going back through them in a couple of days as also helping someone else out. If you like i am quite willing to look for the Gowers for you. I know there are quite a few as have Gower (but mine from kent) in there as been quite frustrating trying to miss them out knowing they not to do with me.  They date back to 1712.

Its easier now i have a proper fiche reader than a hand held one because it's all hand written! Would be more than happy to help you out. Just let me know what or who you are looking for and i will look for you.
