Beaumarice Stracey was chaplain at arms and spent time in India building churches. I wonder where wills are for Dudley Digges. And Anne Digges/ Hammond/ Juxon

Hello, love to know why Digges declared extinct? A search done to settle the mason dixon line produced this false report in 1859. Was it because Beaumarice Stracey was in India building churches?

Hello, saw a post from eyesee looking for family. I am! Henry Trevelyn Clarke   1868-1938 son of Edward Daniel Clarke is my great grandfather. Henry came to Canada with his wife. Rosetta C.N. Bodily and children one being my grandmother Muriel Rosemond 1898, married Guy E Smith. her brother Lionel Beaumaurice Clarke was awarded the Victoria Cross. Sept.9 1916. Winnipeg. My father is Jack. I visited Chilham to see Dudley Digges and Mary Kemp memorials at st Marys church. Chilham Chase weekend re-enacted may 19 2013. It was awesome! I am looking for family also. Digges were said to be extinct in 1859. But we are here still descended from Anne Digges (I found her portrait) and Anthony Hammond.
