Hello, is anyone able to bring out any detail in this faded photo for me?
It's the only photo i have of my great great grandmother Elizabeth, and is dated 1916.

Many thanks in advance.

Just a quick update to say, sorry no luck on either yours or mine......needle in a haystack! I have had no reply from St Edmundsbury Borough council I emailed just over a week ago either, but I shall sit tight a bit longer before I pester them further...

I'm hoping to look around the cemetery in Bury St Edmunds tomorrow, we happen to be there for the day and my x3 great grandparents are also listed as being in a 'cemetery'.
I have emailed the relevant department at the council for details, but they haven't as yet got back to me.
I will keep a look out for yours whilst I'm there, but am guessing it's fairly large!

Hey, thanks for all this, will have a proper look at it all tonight as at work right now.
Is it likely that my grandmother (or her parents most likely) would have paid to have my mother there? She was born illegitimately there in 1943.

Yes, thanks, think I've seen both of those....very little else though, so looking forward to any new insights!

Brilliant, absolutely any information or pictures would be much appreciated, I cant really find anything about it online apart from the odd reference to it.
