He is not with Thomas & Fanny in 1841, they do have James age 5 and Robert age 4 there. H0107/568 bk18 f54 p18

ADDED I wonder if James was mistranscribed by enumerator and should be Thomas

I did notice that on Thomas & Fanny in 1841 or wondered if they called him by a different name ?!

Hi
Im looking for the census records for 1841/1851/1861 for my 2nd great grandfather Thomas Millett in Liverpool.

He was born in Liverpool in 1836 and married Jane Mary Young in 1860

His parents were Thomas and Frances (Fanny).

Maybe he's down as Miller or Millott but I cant see to find them.

Thanks

Hi All, I don't think this is the same Robert Stevenson as mine.  As mine married a Jane Martin in Banbridge in 1859 and subsequently moved to Liverpool.
I am pleased though that you have managed to get somewhere with your family and that is why forums like these are so good.
Best

Hi Victoria we are related ! As Sarah and Daniel are also my 3x grandparents.  I follow their son James line which is on my mum's side of the family.
I've been able to get more info on Hugh Swords which I've added to my tree on another site.  Let me know if you would like to share information.
Thanks Sue

Durham Lookup Requests / Elizabeth Stephenson - Whickham
« on: Saturday 02 February 19 14:59 GMT (UK)  »
Hi all,

I have the above lady as my 4th great grandmother in my tree. She married John Aldridge in 1810 at St Mary the Virgin Church in Whickham. The witnesses were James Stephenson & John Stark.

I think I have her born in Whickham in 1790 to Thomas Stephenson.

Her children were Thomas,John, Margaret, Robert, James & Elizabeth.

Could anybody help with the name of her mother? it could be Elizabeth, Isabel or Ann as these 3 were wed to a Thomas Stephenson in Whickham .

Thanks
Sue

Lancashire Lookup Requests / Catherine Hughes born 1778 Liverpool
« on: Sunday 20 January 19 16:41 GMT (UK)  »
Hi All,

Can anybody see any baptism records for the above lady please with details as to her parents ?

She's my 4th great grandmother. According to my findings she married William Lewis on 20 June 1802 at St Peters Church in Liverpool.

Their children were Elizabeth, Sarah, Robert & Catherine.

I think I found them again on the census in 1841 & 1851( born approx 1778)  living in Mill St as he was a cordwainer ( as per Sarah's baptism record online) .

Thanks

Hi Rosie,

I checked StAnnes Richmond for the "Young" name on both baptism and marriage but nothing significant crops up but thanks for that idea.

What is a bastardy order ???

Yes thats the one Rosie.

Obviously difficult to get more information as its marked as illegitimate but I wondered if Mary had more children or if she was ever married etc
