As Nottsgirl pointed out, the record of Elizabeth's baptism/christening does not exist in the archives. She checked them for you. https://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php?topic=812576.25

I think you would be best keeping your money in your purse. I also have "missing" items that I have from Family search- I even have the printouts- and as Nottsgirl says, they were member submitted and not fact. It could be that Elizabeth was never baptised.

Hi,

As I said I'll check at the archives tomorrow, if it is not there then it didn't happen and won't be on ancestry.

Larkspur, Ancestry has been trying  that trick every time I'm on the site where its free in the Archives too it's every annoying.

Thank you for that. I thought it was just me...annoying it keeps bumping me off .

"Nottinghamshire, England, Extracted Church of England Parish Records, 1538-1837."
"Christening Index, 1530-1980"  On Ancestry.

England & Wales Christening 1530 - 1906
Is  the British Isles Vital Records Index (2nd edition), as issued by the Mormon Church (LDS) on CD.
https://www.cyndislist.com/uk/wls/bmd/ if you click on the link it takes you to Ancestry 1530 to 1980, so updated.

Elizabeth Granger's baptism /Christening is not on Ancestry.co.uk, I have checked.I have also checked Family Search and nothing coming up on there.

Edited
Ok double checking I have found 4 Elizabeth Grangers from Nottingham but Ancestry keeps shipping me off to join the USA site.....dont know if this is its usual silliness  ::)

Larkspur

I donít want to hijack this thread but from your records, can you tell who is buried with who, or if burials are nearby each other?!

Bitzar.

I have the burial list only, it does not state if there are multiple burials in the same grave. Have you tried Deceased Online. https://www.deceasedonline.com/servlet/GSDOSearch
It is a pay for search. Very interesting though.
