South Africa / Cape Town heritage building plans register
« on: Thursday 01 May 14 14:35 BST (UK)  »
Here is an interesting site that relates to building plans for Cape Town. Make use of the find or search facility in your browser to locate names and addresses etc

A register of original properties between the years 1890-1913, showing area, date, plan number, owner, address, usage and architect.

Hi Sue,
My apologies, I did not see this reply. Do you have any details for the Robert that was the son of Rhoda Peel. I am still no further in my research except I have all the "Peel" childrens birth certs and their surnames are all Hutley. There are many Peels in south africa as they had big families!
Take care,
Ruth

There is a cemetery entry in sector 12 Germiston, the same sector as James, for an Annie Kelly who died on 25 Aug 1932. Unfortunately there does not seem to be a death notice for her. This is likely to be her though.

Thank you so much... I have not done much research on this family for a while but I do know that Margaret Raybould was a widow when marrying Ed Acton Pickering, previously she was a Jones!!!! So finding parents was a bit difficult.
