Good Morning purlin, thanks for your reply and help. Ann Porter (nee Roberts) Death Certificate stated 6/7/1839 age 65 years, Decay of Nature, Informant daughter Caroline Thomas present at death back of 23 Great Charles Street Birmingham, wife of Nathaniel Porter. St. Paul Birmingham County of Warwick. Nathaniel Porter Death Certificate 8/1/1844 aged 85 years Labourer, Decan of Nature. Informant his son-in-law Edward Thomas 61 Pack Street Birmingham, St. Peter Birmingham Warwick. They appear to be different addresses Sub-District's and residence's.:-[
I have searched all over for her and Nathaniel's baptisms, in all areas close to Birmingham, but they could have come from London. I am searching at present the Trade Web Pages where Nathaniel learnt his trade as a Clog Maker. :-[

Good Morning purlin, I can't get into Family Search anymore as they require a email address and password now, I tried yesterday and no luck. I have found Caroline Porter records on Ancestry, her marriage to Edward Thomas he was a widower when he married her on the 8/4/1823. I also tried to make contact with their family tree on Ancestry which would mean updating my subscription a lot more to view this. :'( :'(. Thanks for your help. :-[

Afternoon all, I am having no luck in finding a Ann Roberts who was born/baptised around 1774 and later married Nathaniel Porter in 1795 Edgbaston. At present searching the web for all Ann Roberts baptisms around that time, I have her burial Certificate and Nathaniel Porter's Burial Certificate, as I have been searching for my ancestors since 2005 at least, I appear to be going around in circles, I have subscriptions with the well known web pages. Perhaps I need to focus on their children more, Nathaniel, Caroline, even posting their names on the board didn't help, none of them replied to my enquiry in finding their parents Records. :'( :'( Any suggestions are always appreciated from this great message board. :-[ :-[

Regards,
Janet :-\

Afternoon BumbleB thanks again for replying to my message and also helping me with my ancestor searching. I remember my late Auntie Bon (my fathers sister) telling me about George H. Wigley when he made the Surgeon Instruments he would go into a shed out back and shut the door no one would dare to interrupt him. :-[ I have a close friend that lives here and she is connected to George H. Wigley his sister Miriam Adelaide we used to volunteer Meals on Wheels together, now she doesn't search anymore. :-[

Afternoon at last I have my computer back thanks for your help which is more than other ancestors that are connected to this family I am the only one and searching for other names as well. Its getting too expensive for me jumping from one ancestor to another and some are wrong saying that John Wigley (Clerk) parents are a John Wigley and a Elizabeth Crane, this is on Ancestry and they give no proof of Records. :'(

Morning mchadwick great that you are connected to Mathew and Sarah, they are very hard to find, so many entries on Ancestry are wrong and won't correct their mistakes. I am trying to complete my ancestors at the moment but its hard with one good eye and very tiring, now the computer is playing up. Keep in touch. :-[

Morning Wivenhoe, BumbleB having computer problems at the moment, George H. Wigley wasn't born in Victoria, both of them came from England, Birmingham, Miriam Cross father was Stephen Cross from Essex and he was a builder. I have no idea who the 4 deceased males are. Its hard reading the Death Certificate. On George H. Wigley death certificate 24/6/1950 Jnr. parents George H. Wigley and Miriam, he married a Phillis L. Hodge in 1882 Sydney, details Surgical Instrument Maker, their daughter Ruby 63 when he died, she is my grandmother, on his Death Certificate in 1950 it shows marriage, Sydney, age 24, to Phillis L. Hodge and below Widower. This family is getting more and more confusing. :-[
