Yes i think i am. But i also think it depends on how someone passes as to if you can get the info or not. In my great grandads case there was no foul play involved. So a simple case i guess.

Hello all!

Sorry i didnt answer sooner but i just wanted to update all on if i got the record or not.

I contacted the Worcestershire coroner and they still had his record. I didnt have to pay and an email was sent to me with the information that i needed ie copies of the original record.

Hi,

You could ask the county archives if they hold a record and if it is available to view:

Good Luck!

Thanks! I shall give it a go :)

Coroners' records are normally closed for 75 years.

Well I've known people to be able to get the records as long as they can prove that the person is family and then theres a charge for getting the records. So that's why I'm wondering how i go about getting the records.

Hello!

I got my great granddads death record in the post and it said that an inquest had taken place. Can someone please tell me how i am able to get the records from his inquest?

He died in 1973 Corbetts hospital.

Many thanks in advance :)

The Group photo was dated as early 1920's and the one of the Three Children was dated between 1905-1910.

The surnames that i Think are connected with them are....

Hill, Bayliss, Potter, Price, Blizzard, Hadley.

I also have this photo which clearly shows its the two boys and the younger woman from the Group photo.

Hello everyone!

I have a wonderful Group photo and sadly i dont know anyone on here. Im hoping that someone on here knows who these people are so that i can finally put names to faces.

Areas they could have lived in are Halesowen and Romsley.

Many thanks in advance.

Have been in touch with an old friend from Bradford on Avon re A Hill. He has not been able to trace anyone of that name as a photographer in the town. Bearing in mind that the name changed around 1894 from Bradford to Bradford on Avon, that puts the time frame in some context. He has not been able to trace the name forward from that date up to the 1911 Census.

I so missed this! So im sorry for not answering sooner. Thanks so much for your help. And yes that gives some sort of time frame to look between. :D
