I'm so sorry. It's been a few years since I looked at this branch of the family and I had totally forgotten the previous posting re Elizabeth.

Re Mary : I have the 1841 census info for her. She is in N. Wingfield with husband, Joseph and children Samuel, Geirge, Eliz., Joseph, Mary, William.

Husband  died in 1845 and I am only now beginning to track Mary.

Apologies once again for giving you extra work

Hello,
I'm looking for Elizzabeth Hoole, born 1836 in Williamthorpe. Also her mother, Mary, born c. 1810 in Derbyshire (possibly North Wingfield). I have them both living in N. Wingfield in 1841, but need to know where they were in 1851.
I would be very grateful if anyone could find them.

Ambly,
Thanks for that info. I think it solves that query.

Thankyou both.
I'm afraid that, as I've only just started this search, I only have the record from FreeBmd, which doesn't give the father's name.

The mother in law listed with a different surname is iinteresting.

Hello,
I'm looking for info re Mary Jane Conroy, born c. 1863, possible in Lancs.
She married Lawrence Keegan in 1883 and I have a burial for 1895, giving her age as 32.

I would be grateful for anything at all.
Thankyou.

Hi Margaret,
I am certain I am researching the same family as yourself, via the children of Joe Moss and Agnes Keegan.  I am extremely confused by Thomas Moss and all of his marriages.  Can you help?  :) Cheers,
David

Hi David,
I Haven't used this site for some time and only just seen your post.
What do you want to know? I'll try to help.
Regards,
Margaret

Durham Lookup Requests / Re: Our Lady of Victories, Easington

Thankyou.

I know the family came from Wigan. I have a possible baptism for Alfred for 1831 at All Saints', which gives date of birth as Dec. 1830.

I also have the marriage to Jane. I'm still working on the children.
So far I have
       John, born & bapt. 1856, d. 1858
       Thomas, born & bapt. 1857
       John b. 1860, bapt. 1867
Alfred, b. & bapt. 1867 (he is listed as 6th child and 5th son so there are two others before
       him)

Then there's Abel.
I din't know there were any children born after him (i.e. 1871), so could you please send details.

Re Abel's marriage, I don't have the actual marriage cert. but I know he was married to Margaret Pilkington on 17/02/1890 at St. William's, Ince. She was bapt. in St. Patrick's R.C. church in Wigan.
I have burial regs. for both Alfred and Jane (both C. of E.)
