Quote - It shows a date of birth of the 23rd of sept 1903 and that he was a chemical works labourer.

There is no death recorded in the USA for a John Farrell with a birth date of 23 September 1903/4/5 checked a few extra years in case he altered his age.

Canada does not have a BMD index for the time frame you would require so unable to check Canada.
