You could try phoning Witton Cemetery and asking them, but I have a feeling there might still be a fee. I did visit the cemetery some years ago to ask where two of my ancestors were buried and they told me they were buried in different parts of the cemetery in paupers graves, so as you can imagine that left me quite sad.

This site gives burial records for Birmingham, you can pay £10 for extra information about the burial.

Hello Jo, Annie M Kirk living with the Gilliard family is the one I'm referring  to. The address is Hazelmere house, Fox Hollies Rd, Acocks Green ( Ecclesiastical Parish) Yardley (Civic Parish) which eventually came under Birmingham. Yardley cemetery is quite close to Acocks Green.

Hope this helps a bit more.

Hello Jo, Annie Kirk was buried at Yardley cemetery, Birmingham, in the 8th month of 1909. Found on www.birminghamburialrecords.co.uk
Found Annie on 1901 census living on Fox Hollies Road, Acocks Green, B'ham, so presumed she was still living in the area when she died. You can download more info from the burial register which might have her address for £20. Yardley cemetery is the nearest one to Acocks Green.

Hello dathai,
Apologies for not getting back sooner. I did find all 10 children of Denis & Kate. Also the marriage, but not the 1st one you gave me which was more useful to me. Thank you very much for that. Janet

Thank you Sinann, the death of Patrick & the variations of their surname on the census is helping to build a picture of Marie's life before leaving Ireland. Janet

Hello Lily, I'm researching for information on Marie Fenelon who married Henry Joseph Vallence in 1930 Victoria, Australia. I know she left the UK in 1926 to Melbourne. I found some info from someone's tree on Ancestry who gave the same birthdate for her as yourself, you also gave her parents & brothers name which is very useful to me. Have you found anymore information about her life in Australia? I know she died 1985 and is buried at Bacchus Marsh, Victoria.
Hope you can help
Janet

Can anyone please help me find information on Marie Fenelon from Hillside, Kilcullen.  I think she had a brother Paddy married to Sue and they had three or four children.
Marie was born 3rd June, 1896.

I think she emigrated to Australia in the 20's or 30's.

I know this is sketchy but it is all I have at present.

Thank you
