Hi
I have Johns marriage down as 1st May 1613 in Ashperton to Margaret Lovell, which would mean that he couldnt have been born in 1601. His first child Margery was born in 1614 in Stretton Grandison, I got the record from Family Search. I dont think he was married before because in his will he does mention a John Abrahall son, but their is a John Abrahall bapt. in 1617 to John and Margaret. I do have my tree on Ancestry and Genes Reunited if you wish to see the line of descent from Bridget, if you dont belong to either I can give you a short version on here.

Hi

I am afraid I do not know who the parents of John Abrahall or Margaret Lovell are. My husband is a direct descendant of his daughter Bridgett who married Guy Dobyns 1n 1651 in Yarkhill. Their is a John Abrahall who was baptised in Stretton Grandison in 1582 to Hugh Abrahall but not sure if this is the right John.

Hi Elizabeth

I am not sure if Thomas is the brother of William, as I said in my earlier email I got the information from another family tree  in which they said the parents of William and his siblings Sarah, Betty, Ruth, Thomas and James was a Robert & Mary. So as William went to Burnett it is possible that Thomas went with him but I cannot be sure. Hope it helps.

I have the parents of William as Robert Ashley & Mary, I got this from somebody elses family tree, but as yet I have no proof that this is correct. His siblings are Sarah 1724, Betty 1726, Ruth 1727, Thomas 1730 and James 1730. Have tried to check this but can find no Bath records to verify it. Hope this helps.

Hi Tinam

Henry was baptised George Henry on the 11 sep 1836 in Uxbridge, then their was Thomas 31 Oct 1839, Frederick William 9 mar 1842, Emily Ann 22 aug 1844, Louisa 26 feb 1847 and lastly Edward 8 feb 1850, so their is not much of a gap between all the children, but thank you once again for you reply.

Hi Tinam
Thank you for your reply but in the 1851 census Henry is living at home with his parents in Paddington. In the 1871 census he is still living at home and is unmarried, I cannot find him in the 1881 census. So I am unsure what
happened to him after that.

William Harvey Wiltshire had 6 children and the only one I have been able to trace after they left home is Emily Ann born 1844, she is my husbands Great Great Grandmother, she married a George Dobbins on the 14 Aug 1872 in Cardiff. Emily did have one illegitimate child Louisa born 1867 in Paddington. She went on to have 9 more children with George they were all born in  Wales.

Thank you once again for taking the time to try and find anything about William and his family, because as yet I do not have any clues as to what happened to Emilys siblings.
