Hello Wheatman,
Its been over a year since I lasted posted on here and since then Ive found a lot more information, although I didnt know about Hannah's family so that was helpful thank you :) Also Morgan (b;-1788) didnt die in 1828 he died in 1873 aged 85. He re-married after Hannah died to Ann/e Bowen and went on to have 6 more children, having his last child aged 57! Are you realated in some form to the family?

Hello everyone! Sorry its taken so long to get back...

Mei: Im looking into the Charles family mainly

Morgan: Since my first post I have found out for some strange reason only 1 person out of a large 4 generation family in this area is recorded in any records that I have seen is buried in Llanddeusant, his name was Morgan Charles b;- (1788 d;- 1873) I cannot find anyone else  ??? I have got death certificates of many of the Charles family (including Morgan) and they all say that they die on the family farm which is near Gwydre farm/house, so I cant understand why only Morgan is recorded.... As I said in my 1st post I have family here going back to at least the very early 1700's and going all the way through to the early 1900's so they all should be buried around the same area. Here are just some of the names Id like to find out about:-

Charles Morgan d:-1770,
Morgan Charles d:- 1823,
Charles Morgan Charles d:- 1845,
Rachel Charles d:- 1917...

Garfydd: Would there be any chance I could have a look at your work? Id be very interested to see it.  ::)

Regards
Charles

Hello everyone

This might be a easy question to answer but I dont know myself, first off can someone tell me the difference between a will and an administraions? Are they the same thing? Because I have found out thanks to the new "Index of wills and administraions 1861-1941" on A******y.com loads of records of my ancestors. What I'd also like to know is if these records mean they left wills how could I obtain a copy of them?

Thanks in advance

This might have been asked before but you know when someone says "oh Im 1/16 Scottish and a 1/5 english..." or something like that exactly how do they work that out? do you stop at your great-grand parents and work down from there or go back futher ??? or only count from your grandparents etc.... where exactly is the stopping point. and if someone knows then could they then tell me what I am if I have two gtx3 grandparents from Ireland.

Kind regards
Charles

Hello Mei,
Ive been doing quite a bit of research on the Charles Family in Llanddeusant for a while now and Ive never seen anything about a Morgan Charles with the parents David L Howell and Ann Bowen ??? I would like really like to see what information you have on this and if you do have a Morgan Charles from Llanddeusant who married Hannah Lewis in your tree then I geuss that makes us cousins  ;D Would be great to hear from you.
