I am looking for a burial record and age at death for Sarah MOORE

Sarah was the first wife of Isaac Moore, dyer of Trowbridge. Her last child, Jacob was born 12 June 1807 and Isaac remarried in August the following year

I am trying to find the birth record for James KERR born in St Helena around 1840 with parents William and Bridget please. His father was a private in the 91st Foot Regiment.

Thanks everybody. Seems highly likely that the family contracted something and four of the six siblings died from that same disease.

Perhaps it was dyphtheria. I tried googling it but got no answer so wondered if a local genie might have some more insiight.

Hi

I have been looking into a particular branch of the family and have discovered that four children aged 1, 2, 4 and 6 all died during December 1864. Does anyone know what was going on in Geelong or Victoria at that time?

The other two children, both girls, never married.

So sad!!  :(
