Shropshire / marriage of william partridge and pheobe morris in church pulverbatch 1.61799

hi all not been on here for ages, am trying to authenticate if i am on the right lines of family history.  i have william partridge being born in acton burnell 1774, marrying phoebe morris in 1799, phoebe died in 1818, william then marries mary burguin in chuch pulverbatch, mary dies in 1829, william then marries mary wynn [which i know is correct]

just trying to find out if anyone is related to this william partridge who ws born in acton burnell and married phoebe morris and mary burguin.  am i on the right lines.

hi my grand dad's brother was born at 6 alwen cottages, on the birth certificate it says cerig-y-drudrion, am wondering if these cottages still exist in that town or whether they are in any other parishes.  my great grand dad morris edwards lived in frongoch 1901 and cefyn brith 1911 (that was from memory) also when i was young in the 1950 we drove through a valley which was going to be flooded to become a reservoir for liverpool.  my mom pointed to a building and said that is where a family member lived.  could alwen cottages be beneath this water now.

hi all

I am searching madly and hit a brick wall.  am looking for marriage of john kemsley born in hollingbourne kent, 1818 and charlotte hawkes born in hadlow, 1820.  they had their first child eliza ann in Maidstone then moved to shrewsbury in Shropshire.  cannot find a marriage for them.  I know there is a marriage that keeps coming up for john kemsley and charlotte randall in 1843 but this is not them as I have birth certs for eliza and her mothers maiden name was hawke.  charlottes dad was Stanford hawke who married charlotte randall earlier in the century.

Hi i am trying to find information about william phanso jolley who lived in the birmingham area.  we have been told he went to spain to fight in the civil war but can't find any records.  does any one know anything about him or where we can look for this information.

we know he worked in the car industry in castle bromwich and was supposed to have gone to the spanish civil war.

hi I am trying to research my other half's father, William phanso jolly who was born early 1900s 61 fern road, Erdington, we have been told that he went to spain to fight in the Spanish civil war, have tried on many occasions to find references to him to no avail. 

any help please.

Hi,

could anyone have a look at the war memorial in pontesbury.pontesford (I take it there is one) to see which regiment Richard davies, who was born in 1880 at the engine house.  Richard died during the first world war and we are trying to find out where he fell and lies.
