Hello: Can anyone help me in find the name for the spouse of a James Bracken, married about 1925 in Belfast. I only have the forename of Isabella to go on and as we all know, northern irish records are not free. Any help is very much appreciated.

I'd like to be able to find the parents of Anne Davies, but the Banns only contain the names of her husband and the witnesses. Anyone have suugestions. Blaenavon, Monmouthshire, Wales

What does it imply when the entry for a baptism simply lists the name of the child and neither of the parents. I'm looking for a William Matthews, and I have found the following:

William Joseph Matthews: May 24th, 1829..St. Patricks, Belfast.

On his marriage certificate, 1848, to Bridget  McKenna, it lists his father as Arthur. I have been working from their daughter, Catherine (born Belfast 1854) backwards but have hit a wall with William. If Arthur was his father, then who was his mother?

Hi there:
Trying to locate the marriage record for a Anne Mallon. I have uncovered 3 birth certificates for children: James, MAry Catherine and Isabella. The father is named as Patrick Hillock, a bricklayer. I have been unable to locate any marriage certificate for this union. I have used Ancestry and irish generalogy websites but nothing. I have found additional records for further marriages of PAtrick: 1914 to Elizabeth Daley and then in 1920 to Elizabeth Nicholson.

Lancashire / Marriage Bernard Ward and Mary Callaghan

Hello there:
Trying to locate a marriage record for Bernard Ward and Mary Callaghan. Bernard appears on the 1881 census in Toxteth, as a shoemaker. He is there with his wife, Mary, and their child, Edward, age 1. Additionally, Bernard's brother, Hugh, is also living with them. I've located christening records for Edward, which indicate Callaghan is the birth mother, but so far have been unable to locate a marriage record for Bernard and Mary. I have also searched irish records, as Bernard was originally from Ireland.
Any help is very much appreciated.

Yorkshire (West Riding) / Seeking Marriage between George Semly (sic) and Ann tummins (sic)

Hello:

Trying to push through a wall in regards to the marriage between a George Semly (sic) and Ann tummins (sic). Both family names have had many different spellings: Semley and Tummons, Tummings. Their children are all baptised in Royston beginning with:

William Semley B: 1817
Mary Semley B: 1826
Edward Semley
John Semley B: 1822
Thomas Semley B: 1824
Benjamin Semley B: 1829
Charles Semley B: 1835
Ann Semley B: 1834
Henry Semley B: 1830

It appears they are in Cudworth in the 1851 census.

any help is very much appreciated

Lancashire / Marriage: Schofield and Grant

I have been going over my research into a marriage and I have my doubts about certain names:

Marriage was 1906, JAn-Feb-March: Bootle
Walter Schofield and Rose Grant.
On the 1911 census, Walter's birth was given as 1883 and place of birth as Wombbell, Yorkshire. I believe I've made an error in attempting to locate his parents. The only Walter Schofield, born approximately 1883, Wombbell, listed on the 1901 census has parents as Thomas Jones and Katherine Jones. The census also has listed siblings as Frank and Wallace.
I am unable to locate a marriage between a Thomas Jones and Katherine Schofield ( I presume this is her second marriage).
If anyone could help me locate the parents of Walter Schofield that would be very much appreciated.

I'm trying to locate a marriage record of Peter Rogers and Catherine Flanigan/Flanagan.
They had a family: Michael, baptisted St. Mary's Meath 1864, Annie 1869, Ellen 1871, James 1874. I've searched using different spelling of the names but have been unlucky.
Any help is appreciated.

Cork / Cork birth 1925/26

Hello:
I'm trying to locate the following persons, born in Cork in December 1926: Hannah Donnelly and MAry Francis Donnelly. Interestingly I am able to locate their birth on an index but in searching the irish genealogy website neither of these two show up.
Any help is appreciated.
