Lanarkshire / Census Look Up Please for HOOD

Would someone be able to do a lookup please for, William & Mary HOOD. I guess they were born about 1820s. They were married in 1847 Glasgow. The children I know of are Katherine J, born 1855, Margaret 1857, Alexander Jarvie 1860, Helen 1863, James Jarvie 1865 and Agnes ? were born at Hutchesontown, Glasgow, Lanarkshire. I think there were nine children all together.

William's wife was, Mary Ireland JARVIE.

I found information that says William was the manager of Robert Wotherspoon & Co Confectioners but I think he had died before 1894 when son James Jarvie passed away.


Alexander Jarvie & James Jarvie both became medical doctors and came to NSW Australia in the early 1880s. Alexander J bought his sisters Katherine & Margaret out later on. Helen and Agnes married and had families out here too.

Looking for George DRAPER born 1837 possibly Market Lavington, father is Stephen and mother could be Maria.

George immigrated to Australia in 1857 but returned to Wiltshire and died there in 1919 and is buried at St Marys Lavington.

Any help much appreciated.

I would really appreciate a look-up for Herbert J HAYWARD born about 1868 in London, Middlesex. On the 1881 census he is 12 and living with his Uncle and Aunt, Joseph & Caroline WALL in Hampshire so am wondering who his parents are.

Robert and Maria MEDCALF, could be METCALF/METCALFE. I have them in the 1851 census at Wheldrake but can't find them on the 1881. Roberts parents are George & Barbara and are also living at Wheldrake. Barbara is still alive in 1881.

If anyone is going to the records office I would love a look-up in the West Kennet, Avebury parish registers for a christening for Jane GODDARD born 1823, father is Thomas. Other children to Thomas are Mary 1829, Stephen 1830 & Elizabeth 1835.

Also looking for a marriage for Thomas GODDARD born about 1787 to Mary ?  born 1791,  from about 1810 to 1823. Mary was born at Overton so could be there.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Would someone be able to look up the 1851 census for Thomas GODDARD born about 1790.
 
In 1841 he was age 50 and a hemp spinner, living in Marlborough with wife Mary also 50 and children, William 14 and Rebecca 10. Also living with them were daughter Ann 25 and her husband John SIMPKINS 30 with children Sarah 10, William 8 and Jane 2 all born in the county except for Mary.

Any help much appreciated.

I would really appreciate a look-up in 1871 for Maria STILWELL  1830 Huttons Ambo
and her daughter Maria born about 1863 in York. In 1881 they were living at Bradford and Maria was a widow.

I was wondering if some kind person could check the parish records for especially Ann DODSON abt 1799 and Hannah DODSON abt 1797 mother Jane and father possibly John? most probably Bulmer. Ann and Hannah were both born at Henderskelfe. I cannot find them on the IGI.

I have found a marriage at Bulmer for John DODSON & Jane HORSLEY [m] 23 Nov 1779 Bulmer. There was a son William born 1780 but no more children for this couple after that. Jane is still alive in 1841 at Henderskelfe living with Hannah.

Any help very much appreciated.

I found this family on the 1841 census living with Jane DODSON at Henderskelfe. Jane was around 80 at the time so really don't expect her to still be alive. Hannah appears to be her daughter and is most probably a sister to my Ann DODSON born at Henderskelfe about 1799. John HARDICK married Hannah DODSON 26th Jan 1824 Bulmer.
I would really appreciate a check of the 1851 census most probably at Henderskelfe for:
