Kent Lookup Requests / Maidstone Parish Registers - CRADDICK/CRADDOCK/KITE
« on: Thursday 30 November 17 02:11 GMT (UK)  »
Hi,

I am looking for the baptism/christening for a Frederick Henry Craddock born 7th November 1895, Brewer St, Maidstone.

I think it's either the Holy Trinity or All Saints Parish?

The Birth certificate shows the name spelt Frederick Henry Craddick, mothers name Rose Sarah Kite, no father listed.  Registered 17th Dec 1895.  Sarah was marked illiterate.

Thanks in advance

Ian

The notes on the conviction, advise for further info to look at Case No. 356, Vol VI Police Gazette Appendix A

Is anyone able to pull this for me?

Hi,

I've been trying to trace my Great Grandfather, Frederick Henry Craddock.  He is believed to have been part of the Merchant Navy.  I have been unable to locate any military record for him however.

I have two photo's of him in uniform, this is the first.  It is date stamped on the back 24 Aug 19xx

The photographer print mark is Jerome

Any assistance greatly received.

Thanks

Australia / Claes Johan Rudolf HARDENSEN - WA
« on: Tuesday 26 February 13 02:40 GMT (UK)  »
All,

It seems a trend that Great Grandfathers in my family seem to be hard to track down.

I have a marriage certificate between Claes and Fanny Amelia Mort in 1897 in Perth.

He is said to be a Carpenter, his father John was a ships carpenter and his mothers name was Johanna.

I know from dotag BDM he had a son John Rudolph Hardensen the following year in Perth.  Fanny had a number of children from at least 2 other partners.  He may still have been around in 1901 when another child with the hardensen name was born.

Other than this we know very little about him.  I can't find him anywhere.

Can anyone help me locate him before or after this event?

Hertfordshire Lookup Requests / St Albans CRADDOCK
« on: Tuesday 08 January 13 00:02 GMT (UK)  »
Hi,

I'm trying to find out more information about a Frederick Henry Craddock.

We know from his daughters Birth Certificate he was living in Cambridge Street, St Albans in 1926 and he was working as a Hosue Painter Journeyman

He married his Wife Blanche ELBORN the previous year in St Pancras, London

Blanche's family are all from around St Albans, so i'm assuming his family are from this area in London.

Death records show him as being born Approx 1896

Any info on Frederick would be greatly recieved.

Thanks Ian
