Lincolnshire / Surname interests: ELSHAM SWABY GREEN RHOADES ACKRILL

Newbie here, so I thought I'd just say hello with a few research interests:
The ELSHAM family hail from the South Kelsey area. I've drawn a blank at Thomas Elsham, born in 1783, who I cannot seem to find in the parish records (are they missing?). The Christian name 'Elias' keeps reappearing though, so there are some possible relations thereabouts.
The SWABY family come from Hagworthingham in the early 19th century, and are related to the RHOADES family thereabouts and in Ulceby/Fordington and Calceby, who are in turn related to the ACKRILL family.
The GREEN family as far as I have got come from the Osgodby area at a similar time.
