London & Middlesex Lookup Requests / LMA - Look Up Request
« on: Saturday 31 August 19 19:21 BST (UK)  »
If anyone is going to the above archives please could they have a look at the marriage for William John Thomas Culman to Mary Florence Graham  for 23 Feb 1924 in the Parish of St. Augustine, Fulham as my paper copy has faded beyond help and I can't make out the names of the Witnesses or the father's occupation. This hasn't been filmed by Ancestry as yet.

I have been having a clear out and come across a booklet (I can't remember who gave it to me) and rather than throw it out I'm trying to find a home for it. Written by Roy Pullan and  dated Dec. 1989. No connections to my Pullan Line I’m afraid.  :)

Census Lookup and Resource Requests / 1861 Census help
« on: Friday 09 February 18 20:54 GMT (UK)  »
Hoping someone could help me find William and Sarah Coulman/Coleman, they both appear in the admission and discharge records between 1862-1865 for Newington, but I can't find them in the 1861 census returns.   It is possible that they were in the workhouse but I don't seem to be able to find the piece number to enable me to check.  Both were born aound 1800 or so. His occupation is a bricklayer. Many thanks. :)

Hello listers, hope everyone is enjoying :D boxing day. Lovely to have a bit of spare time off work so it's  a great opportunity for me to think about how to go about using spreadsheets for parish marriages and the best way to input them. I've been using excel for general birth marriages and death indexes but trying to type in the marriage information is proving a bit difficult as keeping the bride and groom together makes for a very long vertical row which on a small screen is not ideal and I was just looking for other users ideas on this.
