Getting desperate now I'd do anything to find out more !!

What I have so far is Frederick Taylor b.1894 (according to Marriage cert) Father George Taylor miner
His sister is Emma Taylor b.1898 (according to marriage cert) father George Henry Taylor miner
other children for George are Martha, Mary, Edith, Edward, Albert, William

Not very much to go on I know

Hi everybody

I have found Charlotte Anne Stansfield in Aston
8d 514 1896 october quarter

The problem I have is, when I looked at the map to find Ashton theres loades !

Does anyone know where  Aston "8d" is please  
I have also found Charlotte on the 1901 in Colchester saying shes born in Lancs Houghton .

Would this fit as im not familiar to this area yet.

I am struggling to find The bith and death details of this couple
Robert Arthur Smith born abt. 1874 and died anytime between 1917 to 1957
married to Jessie Parker on the 1st June 1899 at Ecclesfield Parish Church she was born abt 1880 and had 4 children Jessie 1909, Hilda 1910,Olive 10 Nov 1912 and Harold 1917 I presume they stayed in the Sheffield / Ecclesfield area as did there children
Any Help would be gratefuly recieved
