I am looking for details of House Furnishing companies operating in North London - possibly Finchley - between the taking of the 1939 Register and Electoral Roll in 1950.

Other Countries / Russian Translation Please?

This inscription (think it's Russian) is at the base of a grave marker.

Inscription is in the attachment, but looks rather like this "МИР ДРАЖУ ТНОЕМУ" ???, however the 'google' translation seems confusing "WORLD TO YOUR shivering"

Can any one translate please?

Is there some kind soul who will be visiting the GRO Research Facility at Werburgh Street in the near future and might have enough spare time to look for the births index records of 3 children born between 1967 & 1974.(These are the children of a recently discovered, but deceased, 2nd cousin).

Antrim / Look-up Request - Belfast (Nov 1973)

I am looking for details regarding the death of a (hitherto unknown) 2nd cousin who 'was killed in a motor accident' in November 1973. Is anyone likely to be visiting either GRONI and could check if the name and particularly the date of death is correct or is going to be visiting the newspaper library in Belfast and see if there is coverage of this accident?
