Ancestral Family Tree DNA Testing / Understanding Gedmatch Ancient Ancestry Results - Australian Aboriginal

I used the Gedmatch Ancient Ancestry Calculator on the provided settings and it came up with a 3% Australian Aboriginal match. I'm an Australian of European descent and wondered whether this means I might have a recent, ie last two centuries or so, indigenous ancestor or whether that simply indicates ancient genetic linkages?

I got an AncestryDNA test and was wondering whether it is possible to export the results to other sites in order to look for more matches?

I'm in Australia and my ancestry is largely English, Irish and Scottish.
