Cambridgeshire Lookup Requests / Boyd's Marriage Index lookup please - John FARNHAM 1695-1710

Sorry I originally posted in the Cambridge general board earlier so now posting my message here...

Hello, Is there anyone here who has access to the Boyd's Marriage Index?

I am looking for a marriage between JOHN FARNHAM and ANN ? between 1695 and 1710. John was son of Thomas FARNHAM and Sarah SIMPSON who married at Great Shelford Cambridgeshire in 1669.

John Farnham and Ann ? had a son John FARNHAM born 1709 Duxford Cambridgeshire so I assume they married in Cambridgeshire but havent been able to find the marriage on IGI online so hoping there is one on Boyds Index.

Northumberland Lookup Requests / LOOKUP PLEASE - LOWICK Parish - Name: ISAAC PLACE

Hello there, I am looking for a LOWICK baptism and not sure where to look myself online or in Australia for Lowick parish records, does someone here have access to parish registers to do a lookup?

I'm seeking a baptism for Isaac PLACE bc 1815 (def. not born in Durham (source: 1841 Census), so likely born NBL as he married aged 19 on 31 Aug 1834 at Newcastle St John NBL)

Reason for thinking he might be from LOWICK is I found a baptism some time ago for a possibly sister MARTHA PLACE on 15 Jul 1810 at LOWICK St John dau. of ISAAC PLACE AND MARY SMITH. Isaac bc1815 named his 1st dau. Mary and 2nd dau. Martha and his 1st son Isaac, so I'm thinking the Martha baptism 1810 entry I found for Lowick could very well be his family.

If anyone can offer some help or guidance it would be hugely appreciated as Ive been looking for a birth/baptism for him for 10 years with no luck...

He came to Australia in 1842 with wife and 4 chn all born Gateshead Co Durham and I purchased the marriage cert to his 2nd wife in Perth WA but it had no details at all of parents or birth places. Now I think I've run out of options...

Hello, Could SKS please do a lookup for me and tell me if Edward QUIGLEY and wife Mary nee McGekey?(unsure of surname spelling) had any other children born in Victoria besides Mary Ann QUIGLEY who was born in 1872, Vic?

I would really appreciate any help. I havent been able to find a marriage for Edward QUIGLEY and Mary in either.

I would really LOVE to hear from anyone who descends from this family too. Mary Quigley b 1872 was my ggggrandmother and she married Frederick STAINSBY at Warrnambool in 1899. Thankyou in advance, Kind Regards, Mel

Australia / Passenger Arrivals into Western Australia, 1839-1890 [CD-ROM] lookup please

Hi there, I am looking for anyone who has this CD or access to it who could possible lookup some ancestors.

Isaac Place, wife Mary Place and sons Isaac, William and Thomas who arrived on the ship TRUSTY into Western Australia in Dec 1842. Not sure if there was a sister Mary Ann with them too.

I would like to know if there is any more info like where the ship departed from and other info on the individuals like age, religion, birthplace etc.

Durham Lookup Requests / 1851 Gateshead census - PLACE surname

Hello all, I am trying to calculate when our PLACE ancestors arrived in Australia and would appreciate an 1851 census look up if someone has the time and access to it.

They are on the 1841 census at
Chapelry of Heworth DUR Main Top Row
Isaac PLACE 25 Labourer N (born? married 1834 St John Newcastle upon Tyne)
Mary PLACE 25 Y (born Gateshead)
Isaac PLACE 6 Y (born Gateshead)
William PLACE 3 Y (born Gateshead)
Mary PLACE 1 Y (born Gateshead)

They then had
Thomas PLACE born 1842 at Felling Shore, Gateshead (I bought the certificate) and possibly another daughter Elizabeth Martha PLACE bc 1844 (unproven/detail provided by another descendent)

Could SKS tell me if this family is on the 1851 Census?

I have been unable to find a shipping arrival for them in Australia but know they were in South Australia by Feb 1860 (Isaac aged 6 in 1841 married that year) If I could narrow down their arrival to before or after 1851 it would really help me out.

Northumberland Lookup Requests / Lookup request PLACE surname Newcastle upon Tyne

I am seeking birth/christening and/or parents names and census details on the following PLACE individuals. They married at St John's, Newcastle upon Tyne Northumberland.

My ancestor is

Isaac PLACE bc 1806-1811 = Mary Ann Jordison m. 31 Aug 1834 at St John, Newcastle upon Tyne, after this they lived in Felling Shore Gateshead Co Durham. 3 sons born there. (I have info on them already) More interested in where Isaac was born, siblings and parents details

Likely brothers Ive found for Isaac also had marriages at St. John Newcastle Upon Tyne.
11 Oct 1831 William Place = Elizabeth Trotter
30 Jan 1832 Thomas Place = Frances Miller

Isaac named his sons William Thomas and Isaac so I believe these marriages are likely his brothers. I would like any info on these couples. On the IGI Isaac's marriage to Mary Ann Jordison has his first name incorrect as George. Date and spouse name are correct.

Extra info: Isaacs son was buried as Methodist later in Australia.

Any info on the PLACE surname in the Newcastle upon Tyne or Gateshead area would be greatly appreciated

I have hit a brick wall with my JENKINS line.
I was wondering if SKS could do a lookup on the Vic indexes for me?

I am seeking any info on a William JENKINS & Mary Jane SPEKEN
They had a son William George JENKINS b 1885 Footscray, Vic? could be born Clunes, Vic?
d. 1966 Warrnambool
m. Adelina Maud SALT b. 1885 d. 1964

I have children names of Adelina & William but I want to know about William George JENKINS parents and siblings.
I believe the parents names are correct - I got them from the Vic BDM historical record of William George 1966 death.
Any help is much appreciated...
