World War Two / RAMC questions

Hi. I have my grandad's service records, but I wondered if there was any way I could find out more about where he was wounded and what was happening in that area at the time? He was in the RAMC (22 Company 436207) and wounded in Northern France on 23 March 1945.
What does it mean on the army recordings under 'postings' when it's written X and a number afterwards. For example: X (ii) or X (iv)?
Are there any WW2 diaries for 22 Company (436207)?
Thank you.
