I just thought I would share this link for those who are unaware of it:

You can carry out a free search of the photos and you just may get lucky and find one of a relative.

You do have to sign up but it is free.

The Lighter Side / International Left Handers Day!
« on: Monday 13 August 18 22:42 BST (UK)  »
I always appreciated this day that is dedicated to those of us who are Left Handers  8) Our son is the only right Hander in our family of four, but he is left footed. We have five Grandchildren and only one of them is left handed. My Grandfather and two Uncles were also left handed. Cack Handed and Golly Handed were the terms used for Left Handers in the North East and I wondered if anyone has an alternative names for other areas.
So to all fellow Lefties, I hope you have had a nice day  ;)

I know that Gadget is a Left Hander but wondered how many more of us there are on here.

Technical Help / Cost of Replacement Ink
« on: Wednesday 08 August 18 14:55 BST (UK)  »
Does anyone else use compatible ink for an Epson photo printer. The ink has now risen to 43  :o
As I mostly use coloured ink for restoring and printing for the visitors at the Heritage Centre where I am a volunteer, I am reluctant to pay this as I believe it is an extortionate price to pay, 36 was expensive enough but i'm not prepared to pay what they now charge.
I would appreciate your advice.

I would appreciate opinions on whether these two boys could be the same person. Both the backs are plain.
Thanks for looking.
Added: Now I see them on here, I'm not so sure so maybe they are Brothers.

Hi...I would love some help with this photo please to identify which regiment he belonged to if possible. I believe the soldier to be Thomas Percy Andrew born 1890 in Market Deeping, Lincolnshire.
Thank you for your time. Are those overseas chevrons?

World War One / 125 WW1 Soldiers' Remains Found
« on: Friday 13 July 18 13:42 BST (UK)  »
Hopefully these brave soldiers will now get the kind of resting place and recognition that they so richly deserve. I do hope that some of the remains can be identified to give peace and closure to their descendants.

I'm not sure that this one will be found as it doesn't have any clues, but I am sure that if it is still will be found by the intrepid Rootschat Sleuths  ;D. Hopefully not turned into another Aldi  ;D
