Family History Beginners Board / Manchester District in 1939 Register

Hello all,
Could someone please help with finding out what district this address would be in.  In1939 the family I am looking at , Read, lived at 59 Bury Street.  I have looked up this area and it says that it is Radcliffe.  However, the grandson of this family, who now lives in Canada, says that he doesn’t remember them living in Radcliffe. Thought it was Gorton. The district given at the top of the register page is 464-5.  Would there have been more than one Bury Street and wha district wold it be in?

Occupation Interests / Sports Photographer

Hello All:
Does anyone have any ideas where I would look for my great uncle who was , from what I have been told, a sports photographer?  This would likely be in the 1930s to the 1950s possible 60s when a 2nd cousin met him.  He doesn't remember anything other than his dad calling him Uncle Alfie (Alfred Hart).  This would be in the London area.  He was born in the 1880s so would be long gone.
I have tried Goggling his name in different forms along with the word photographer but nothing has turned up.

Any suggestions much appreciated.

Essex / Electoral Rolls in Leyton

Hello All:
Could someone please tell me where I could write for an Electoral Roll look up for a residence where my great grandmother as well as my great aunt and uncle lived in the 1920s to possibly the 1940s.  Though my great grandmother's death certificate said it was in registered in West Ham, I know that there are many sub-districts where the Leyton E.Rs could be.

Lancashire Lookup Requests / 1841 census lookup for Rammage/ Liverpool

Well, it doesn't look like John Rammage can be found in 1851.  Perhaps he was no longer with us by then.  Could someone possibly do a lookup for him?  The address could be Vauxhaul Road.  Sorry, not sure of the district.  Since he was the keeper of Bridewell Prison I would suspect it would be in the same district.  Here's hoping.
Anything much appreciated.

Lancashire Lookup Requests / 1851 census for Rammage / Liverpool

Would it be possible for some one to do a look up for John Rammage.  According to the Pollbook of 1832 , he was the keeper of Bridewell Prison in Liverpool , possibly afterwards.  The address given here as Vauxhaul Road .  Not sure if this would be his actual home address. His wife's name was Mary.  Any help much appreciated.  Sorry that I am not sure what part of Liverpool.

Somerset Completed Lookup Requests / 1871 Census For Bruton, Somerset

Could someone possibly do a look up for Alice Reardon.  She would only be just born or 1 year old at the time of this census.  In 1881 she is living with her Aunt, my great grandmother, Lucy Ann (Spratling) Mallett in Middlesex and was 10 years old.  Alice is likely the daughter of her sister.  Any help much appreciated.

Hi there:  Could someone possibly do a look up for James Walmlsey, born approximately 1810 in Pleasington?  I believe his wife"s name was Sarah.  I'm hoping that this is the g g grandfather that I have been looking for.

London & Middlesex Completed Lookup Requests / 1851 & 1861 Census Please for Bethnal Green

Hi there:  Could someone possibly do a look up for 1851 and 1861 for Elizabeth Rowe.  In the 1871 census she was married to Henry Hart  and stated that she was 23 at the time.  This would place her birth likely in 1848.  The 1871 census says she was born in Bethnal Green,  the 1891 census says Whitechapel.  Not being from England I am not sure how far apart they are. Hopefully one of you will know and can set things straight.

Hi there:  Could someone  please possibly do a look-up for Lucy Ann Spratling born 1852 in Bruton, Somerset.  She was my great grandmother.  I do not know who her parents where as yet.  Hopefully this will be enough information for a look up.
