Lincolnshire Lookup Requests / james and elizabeth hare, winterton

Can anyone help. Trying to find the parents of Annie Mary Hare (Hair). From her birth we know they were called James and Hare and ELizabeth. james was a blacksmith and elizabeth was born about1856 in winterton, lincolnshire.

but were cant find them on any census, except elizabeth in 1891 when she had remarried to henry shaw (james had died by then)

are we just looking for them wrong? can n e one do any better?

Devon Lookup Requests / William john BAKER marriage

i am trying to find, without much hope, the marraige of John William Baker.
According to the 1861 census he was born 1860 in Winkley/ Winkleigh in Devon. I think he married a Joanna who was from Ireland. Williams son was also William John who was born 1888 who was born in Faversham kent.

Hello all.

I'm trying to trace one James Roney b. c1831 Balinrobe, Ireland.

all i know is he was born in Ireland (according to English census) and I'm 1881 was in Binbrook, Lincolnshire, england. He married an Ann, of binbrook and had a daughter. If anyone can help or point me in the right direction, it would be appreciated.

Please could some check the 1841 and 51 census for Charlotte Pearce. She was born about 1838 in Lincolnshire and her fathers name, according to the marriage register, was George Pearce. i am trying to find her mothers name. I think ive found George's marriage on the IGI but with put charlottes mothers name i cant be sure it is Charlottes Parents.

received the birth certificate for my great grandmother but unable to find a marriage for her parents, searched on ancestry without luck.

Annie Cox born Hebden Bridge, Todmorden
Date 15th March 1904
Father Wilfred Arnold Cox, Mother Alice Martina Possibly Bartlett (very faint and hard to read)

I think Wilfred's occupation is listed as general cut-door labourer

Trying to trace the surname Baker in Alford, Parish of Spilsby.

My grt Grandparents were William john baker and Maud Annie Hayes. Williams father was also William John Baker died 1919 aged 82 who was a petty naval officer. This is as far back as i can get, my dad doesn't know anything himself, never knew his family any help would be appreciated. Also looking for Maud and WJ's son Joseph Died 13th Jan 1942 When HMS Europa was bombed.

Lancashire Lookup Requests / Appeared from nowhere - William brown

Trying to track William brown 1879 of barrow in furness. Cant find any trace of him before 1900, when he married Alice Annie Mason in louth where he moved in with her and her family. according to there wedding certificate his fathers name was Fred Brown. he was an oil mill employee by trade.
