« on: Saturday 08 September 07 06:41 BST (UK)  »
Would appreciate a look-up for Francis and Mary Bees/Beese family in the 1841 census.  I have the family in the 1851 census.  By chance I think I have found another daughter who would have been born before the 1851 census.

Thanking you

Gloucestershire / Fred Taylor - death
« on: Monday 01 January 07 04:39 GMT (UK)  »
Would appreciate anyone finding the death of Fred Taylor.

He married Sarah Beese in December 1886.  They had a son Edgar born March 1887.  (Just noticed dates!!)  Hopefully I've got the right marriage.

Sarah was a widow in the 1891 census.

Thanks

I have Francis Beese (19) with his father and mother in the 1851 census.  He does not appear with his father and mother in the 1861 census.

Yorkshire (West Riding) / Churwell Isolation Hospital
« on: Monday 06 March 06 07:46 GMT (UK)  »
My partner believes his mother was a matron at Churwell Isolation Hospital at about 1940.  For some years he has been trying to comfirm this information.  Can anyone confirm that this hospital existed, and does anyone have access to any staff records?

Her name was Mary Ann Cregan.
