Could someone please help me to decipher the first lines of this will please.... It is the will of William Woodyatt in 1822 but I cant work out where he is from or what the parish is in the county of Worcester, Thank you.

Can anyone help me trace the whereabouts of Rebecca J Parker after the 1901 Census for West Ham where she turns up as a 7 year old in Albert Parker's family. I believe she married James Taylor in 1913 in West Ham... thank you.

I have been reading some old documents (circa 1650's) and several times they refer to .... The Manor or reputed Manor ....   for example: "The Manor or reputed Manor of The Grove ... and also "The Manor or reputed manor of Earl's Court".  Can you tell me why the phrase 'Manor or reputed Manor' is used and what exactly does it mean?....thank you

Can anyone help to decipher the bottom section of this will of 1727 ...especially the added section in the bottom left hand corner(in Latin) referring to probatum? .... It was the will of Anne Brigginshaw(various spellings) and refers to her daughter Mary(who was probably not yet 21 when her mother Anne died) Usually the last section of a will is the Probatum but this uses the word ?icesimo? (what does that mean)

I am trying to research how Kemerton Court was passed down through family lines in a certain era. It was the time (late 1800's) when Sybil Maud Hopton held it. British History Online (originally Victorian County History) states that :- Sybil married Col. John Dutton Hunt, who assumed the name of Hopton, (fn. 149) and after his death, in 1918, his widow put the estate up for sale. Some 300 a., about half of the estate, were purchased by the Holland-Martin family of Overbury

Now this can't be because John Dutton Hunt died in 1934. But, Sybil did sell large sections of her various estates off around 1918 and 1919. Can anyone local to the area and has studied Kemerton Court help me with their local knowledge?
