Tyrone / Tithe Applotment books post 1825 Bracky, Tyrone
« on: Thursday 20 October 16 07:53 BST (UK)  »
Audley, William & Daniel McIvers are listed on 1825 TA . Does anyone know of any of them? BMD? Does anyone have access to the TA post 1825 - I believe they went up to 1837? If there are subsequent years we might be able to follow these 3 - may be brothers or cousins of father and sons?

Thank you for any assistance you can give. I thought Audley/Adley would be easy to trace but have found nothing

« on: Thursday 20 October 16 05:24 BST (UK)  »
This man was possibly married to a Martha X and they had a son Joseph in 1838 and possibly a John and William.

May have died in 1870 aged 66 (so born c 1804).

In 1825 Applotment records he is listed as Daniel McIvers with possible brothers Audley and William.

Thank you for any help

Tyrone / Robert LYONS, (c1816-1886) Drumnakilly & Killyclogher
« on: Thursday 20 October 16 05:22 BST (UK)  »
This man seems to have tenanted several farms around the Drumnakilly area. He had two children I'm fairly sure of and 2 more possible children: Possibly married a Mary Johnston/Houston

1. Robert 1842. Married Ellen McFarland at Omagh First Presbyterian on 22 Feb 1872 (Drumragh parish). Had son Robert Andrew on 12 April 1873 Omagh. Mary 15 August 1874
2. Letitia 1844
3. Andrew 29 Dec 1849 (a 20 year old of this name dies in Drumnakilly in 1869) - baptised 11 Jan (must be 1850)
4. Mary 16 Nov 1850 Cloghfin, Edenderry. Baptised 4 Dec 1850. Did she marry Alexander Smith on 8 April 1876 in Drumnakilly church?

Would love to find out who his siblings were? A marriage record? c 1841 Parents?? Any help gratefully received

Their children:

and then after she died he married Frances PEARCE in 1836 in Boughton Monchelsea.

John FRANCIS Ba otp married Fanny PEARCE Sp otp by Banns on 21 Mar 1836 at Boughton Monchelsea.

Witnesses were James DAY and John BEECHING (prob parish clerk)

Their two children born in England were:
1) Elizabeth 13 Mar 1837 Maidstone, Kent (I don't know if this is chr. or birthdate)
2) Thomas Joshua c 1839/40 - he might have a registered birth.
Only two children were born before JF and FP migrated to NZ with 5 children of Sarah Ann + two of their own.

His death certificate in NZ in 12 July 1872 said he was 73. So I am looking for a birth date of c 1799 in Kent area including these towns above + Marden...

Thank you for any help in finding possible chr. for John FRANCIS and also for his son, Thomas Joshua

« on: Thursday 22 May 14 23:37 BST (UK)  »
I am looking for this couple. He lived in Malden area and CT may have been from Hanworth. Looking for a marriage before their son born in 1827.

They ended up working on Ham House estate for Tollermarche family (would love to know if that estate had employment registers too!)

No record yet been found of this marriage. Their children were bapt. in Ham (St Andrew's) and Kingston on Thames

Thank you for anyone solving this mystery.
No census for this couple as they migrated to NZ in early 1841
