you could try posting on the South Armagh and Proud community group Facebook page as Forkhill would be in this area.
Also Creggan  ( south Armagh ) Historical Society Facebook page .

you don't say what cemeteries you have searched and I'm not sure how much you know about the history of Lurgan and this is just a thought, but the existing Lurgan Hospital which is close to Union St and Mark street was originally a Workhouse and in the 1840s it also included a 40 bedded Fever Hospital ( you mentioned your relative died of TB ) . the dead were buried in an adjacent graveyard.
Lurgan & Portadown District Hospital didn't open until 1929 so the Fever Hospital might have been still operating when your family member died.

Armagh / Re: Where was Barrack Street Keady ?

if you search the national archives of Ireland, click on census, browse census for 1901, then click Armagh, then Keady town there is a Thomas Woods age 59 a merchant & publician living in house 5 Bridge St.  I f you look further down to house 19 there is a property with multiple occupants only identified by initials, could this be the Barracks?
No woods family in Bridge st in 1911 census but there is still a property with multiple occupants ,all male and from all areas of Ireland.

have you tried looking on the creggan historical society web site. if you search the townlands section for the townlands you have mentioned, there are several McMahons mentioned, the oldest being Hugh McMahon.

I have found the Creggan History Society Website useful when researching my Tullyvallen families.
GO to Townlands, then Newtownhamilton Parish then Tullyvallen. There are some McEvoys in Tullyvallen Tipping East.

yes . I came across an article in the Newry Reporter about Loyalism in The Fews ( South Armagh ) where I read that my Grandmother Anna and her sister walked from Crossmaglen to Newtownhamilton to sign The Ulster Covenant .She would have been 17yrs at the time and her sister 19yrs.

I'm not sure what the point of your last post was and if it was aimed directly at me.I have read and understood all previous  posts. As someone born in Newtowmhamilton, and who grew up in Skerrif  and who has Megaw in their family tree I was just connecting with Andrew as our families may be linked.
Please accept my apologies if I misinterrupted your post as being sarcastic and unhelpful.

Hi, I also think it is Tullyvallen.
My paternal grt grandmother was Amelia Megaw/ McGaw  from townland of Skerriff  Parish of Newtownhamilton which is the adjoining townland to Tullyvallen where my mother's family are from. Both townlands in Co Armagh but registration district for my Megaws was Castleblaney.
Have a look at The Creggan History Society site if you haven't already done so. Great information.
