This must be family-nine children surviving in 1911,but only six listed as living at parents home.Kathleen(Kate)born on Sep 30 1887.By 1911 she would have been 24-possibly working as servant. If she died as teenager it was before 1911

Hi
The baptism record in question-Elizabeth in 1850- is in Mayo and Doonane parish in county Laois-not Ballyragget.I also see a William in 1851,William again in 1855 and Patrick in 1856

I live in Limerick and I would think that the placename is Lissamota near the village of Ballingarry-about 15 miles SW of Limerick city

Heard this on news today,Just wondering what a virtual archive is?I assume it just refers to a physical representation of shelves etc where records were stored in 1922.The actual records were virtually all destroyed

In early 2000's was in contact with a Ros McMullen from Oz re a Casey family from NZ.Ros was researching family and sent me data which I lost due to computer failure.Lost contact as Ros has since died. The family in question came from county Limerick in Ireland and emigrated to Auckland area c 1879 on ship May Queen-Michael Casey and wife Mary Anne Meade. They had a son with unusual name of Adalbert Basil Casey who married in 1916.There were descendants and I hope to reconnect with them.Michael Casey was a brother of My grgrm Mary Casey Hanly.
