Hi

I know it's a long time since this conversation took place but I am a distant cousin of George James Eyre who married Sarah Ann Burke mentioned earlier. I live in England so my knowledge and access to Canadian records is limited so would interested in receiving Canadian census records, details of their children, their death records etc. George (who arrived in 1906) and I are both descended from George Eyre b 1747 who lived in Southwark and I am currently trying to find out as much about his descendents that I can.

Many thanks

Hello

I hope someone can help me.

My 3 x G Grandad was Philip Milton, b 1768, who worked as a domestic coachman at Kensington and married at St Marylebone in 1802. I do not know where he was born as he died in 1844. There are 3 Philip's who were batised in 1768 on the IGI - one was baptised in Ware - parents Thomas and Sarah.

I would be very greatful if someone could look up the Ware marriages and burials to ascertain whether Philip b 1768 at Ware remained there or died as a child.

Many thanks and Happy New Year

Best wishes

Alison

Hello

I am trying to work out if my 3 x G Grandad, Philip Milton b 1768 is the one who was baptised at Isleham in that year - parents, Philip and Ann. My 3 x G Grandad worked as a domestic coachman in Kensington and married at St Marylebone in 1802. Regretably I do not know where he was born as he died in 1844 and there are 3 different Philip baptisms in 1768 on the IGI.

I would be very greatful if someone could look up the Isleham marriages and burials to see if the Philip b in 1768 remained in that village or died as an infant so I can narrow down my research.

Many thanks and Happy New Year

Hello Ticker

I have some Cotterills who lived in Tamworth in the 19c.

They were Daniel Cotterill born c 1797 who married Mary Betteridge in c 1820 and their family.

I would be interested to hear from you if you think there's a connection.

Best wishes
