yes I did say "killed" in Gallipoli. but I did know he died from dysentery on the Hospital Isle.
for some reason all the Johns in our family answer to "Jack" some old nickname i don't know of
I have seen replica medals online for little cost, so I will most likely leave them on his grave...

Hi I am hoping someone can assist in providing information on what medals my Great Uncle would have received
he is 7773 Sapper Jack Young
he was killed in Gallipoli and is buried in Portianos cemetery Lemnos Greece
I am visiting his grave in September and I believe I will be the first relative to do so
I would like to present the medals whilst there.
