Lancashire / Bolton Catholics 1860-1881

Can anyone advise details of a likely parish for central Bolton 1860-1881? I have census details of Bk Newport Street and Bk Soho Street, Great Bolton. I'm having trouble confirming birth details of Theresa DARBY or DERBY, parents Terence and Catherine (nee FITZGERALD,) both of Co. Tyrone, Ireland. Theresa was born c. 1864, Bolton. Also looking for another 'daughter' of Terence and Catherine, born c. 1879: Mary Esther DARBY/DERBY. I suspect she is their grandchild, and Theresa is her mother.
Birth register searches have shown me nothing, I hope the two girls were baptised, and know the family had Catholic connections later on. I could do with details of the most likely church for them. Any help welcomed.
