I have just seen your post,i am also researching this line!I don't know if you have managed to get any further since but I have found these details which may help?
Charlotte Thomas born 23 sept 1800, baptised 2 nov 1800 at holy trinity chester [IGI].
Harriett Thomas born 19 jul 1795, baptised 8 nov 1795 also at trinity.[IGI]
parents are Edward Thomas and Sarah.
