Glamorganshire / Criminal Records etc

I have found 2 records in Criminal Registers of someone who may be an ancestor.

Richard Bradshaw was imprisoned in 1876 for 6 months for Unlawful Wounding - this was in the Ephany Quarter Sessions Cardiff (3 Jan)
He was imprisoned for 2 months in 1858 ( Michaelmas Q.S. October) again in Cardiff
the offence was Stealing a Fixture.

Where can I get further information and how can I check whether this is actually my ancestor?
Any help, hints gratefully accepted

Don't have a date for Richardonly 1820 have dates for his children.
Isabella  19 Nov 1848
Fanny 1 Feb 1850
Elizabeth 1852
Mary 1855
Henry 25 Aug 1857

Henry was born in Wales and maybe Mary (unable to fiond her exact date. Richard married Caroline Woodhouse 11 July 1849 in Lichfield ie after Isabella was born - no father named on birth cert.
That's about all I have except for some census details.

hi kerry 1212
No I do not have a John Bradshaw- do you think there is any conection to Richard? He was born in 1820 in either Leamington or Balsall Common and I know from his marriage cert that his father was William an Agricultural Labourer

Glamorganshire / Missing from census

I can find no trace of my g grandfather and gg grandfather in the 1861 census. Their names were Henry and Richard Bradshaw. In 1871 they are in Llangynwyd with Richard's second wife Elizabeth. I know that richard and Elizabeth were marries in 1864 in Cardiff and that Henry was born in 1857 (by Richard's first wife Caroline) I can find other members of the family working as farm servants but not a sign of the father and son. Any ideas would be welcome - it could just be that they 'missed' the census - or could there be any other reason that I have not thought of - Richard is also missing from the 1841 census - when he was probably in his native warwickshire.

thanks

Warwickshire / Bradshaw in Balsall Common?

I am trying to trace my gg grandfather Richard Bradshaw born 1820 in either Leamington or Balsall Common depending on which census you read. I know, from his marriage certificate, that his father was William a farm labourer. Richard later lived in Staffordshire. he was married in Lichfield to Caroline Woodhouse born c 1828 in Norton Canes. I would really like to find out more about Richards birth and whether he had any siblingsetc. He subsequently moved to Bridgend, Glam where he died in 1880.
Any help welcome
