Yes, they are the same. A newspaper of the time mentions Joseph Parry of 'Tyddyn Llwyni' , near Caeathro. I've lots of family in that area as well.

I visited Llanegryn church a year or so ago. The graves have not been transcribed, and large parts of the graveyard are terribly overgrown. I suspect it's still the case. It's slightly remote, but in a nice spot.

Apologies. I hadn't realised either that I was looking at a RC baptism, rather than a COI one.

Yes, that's the one I got the original post mixed up with. I'm familiar with the 1788 birth. I was trying to see if there was further info on John Chambers (The father) , but I looked at another Richard son of John, rather than the John son of Richard I was supposed to be looking at.

Thank you. I've looked at the wrong image, I think, and transposed father/son. Where would the church have been in 1758, please ?

Dublin / St Mary's baptism 1758

I've found a probable baptism for an ancestor on 10 Dec 1758, St Mary's Cathedral

His name was John Chambers, born to Richard and Catherine

Following the above info, there's some handwriting I can't decipher. Can anybody help me with this, please ?

I think that the mother of Margaret was called Jane. I cannot find a baptism for Catherine in either Llaniestyn or Mellteyrn. There was a baptist chapel not far from Mellteyrn, so they might have been members there and a baby would not have been baptised.
A Jane Williams was buried at Mellteyrn on 29/02/1844.

I think her home might be important : 'Llanllyfni late of Pennant"

I suggest that the place is 'Mellteyrn' , a neighbouring parish to Llaniestyn. A Margaret was baptised there to Griffith Williams, named as a labourer of 'Pennant'(?)/'Penrallt' (?) , and Jane, on 15/11/1835.
